With a background in customer service and management roles at various companies such as OYO UK, Abercrombie & Kent, Royal Caribbean International, and Balkan Holidays Ltd., Craig has extensive experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective leadership and strategic initiatives. Craig holds a diploma from Carshalton College and completed their secondary education at Cheam High School.
