Sierra Roberts is an experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as an America Reads Intern at Capital University since September 2016. In this role, Sierra maintains relationships with site directors, hires tutors, conducts employee orientations, manages schedules, and provides support to tutors. Concurrently, Sierra has worked as an Academic Success Receptionist and held positions as an America Reads Tutor, assisting K-6 students with homework and reading. Additionally, Sierra serves as a Substitute Teacher at The Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus and as a Daycare Teacher at Green Hills Community, providing care and educational support across various age groups. Sierra earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Capital University in 2020.
