Helene Sharrock

Helene Sharrock has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic leadership and change management. Helene is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at The Jockey Club. Prior to that, they held roles as the Head of HR at Marks and Spencer and as the Head of HR for BT Consumer (Brand, Content and Strategy, and BT Sport) at BT. Helene also worked as an HR Manager at ESPN, ITN, P&O Nedlloyd, and Credit Lyonnais, where they gained experience in various HR functions, including talent management, organizational restructuring, and cultural change initiatives.

Helene Sharrock has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Personnel and Development (CIPD) from the University of Westminster. Helene also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Educational Psychology from Nottingham Trent University. In addition, Helene is a certified MBTI Practitioner from OPP.
