Portia McKeown

Portia McKeown has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Portia is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at The Jockey Club since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at the same company from November 2021 to March 2023. From December 2017 to November 2021, they worked as a Senior Associate HR Business Partner at Liverpool Football Club. Portia also has experience as a Divisional HR Advisor at Well (formerly known as The Co-operative Pharmacy) from February 2015 to January 2018, an Employment Field Consultant at Peninsula Business Services from February 2013 to February 2015, and an Interim HR Leader Coach at Royal Sun Alliance from September 2012 to February 2013.
