Sarah Fiala has a diverse work experience in the field of arts administration and marketing. Sarah began their career as a Summer Dance Intern at Broadway Dance Center in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Graduate Assistant at Columbia College Chicago. In 2007, they joined Audience Architects as a Program Manager and worked there until 2011. Since 2011, they have been working as the Marketing Director at The Joffrey Ballet.
Sarah Fiala completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance at the University of Oregon from 2000 to 2004. Sarah then pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts degree in Arts, Entertainment and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago between 2005 and 2007.
