Sarah Venuti Yates, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Joffrey Ballet since September 2018. Prior to this role, Sarah held the same position at Concordia Place from September 2017 to September 2018, and at the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts from May 2015 to June 2017. Sarah's human resources career began as a Human Resources Manager at Planned Parenthood of Northern New England from September 2010 to May 2015, and earlier experience includes serving as Payroll Manager at Center Theatre Group from October 2007 to July 2010.
