Ericka Kelley

Ericka Kelley, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Head of Human Resources & Volunteer Services at The Ringling since March 2017, overseeing HR functions including compensation, recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Kelley worked at Florida State University as a Staff Services Specialist for the University Libraries from July 2012 to March 2017, managing personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and evaluations. Earlier experience includes positions at the State of Florida, where Kelley functioned as a Government Operations Consultant II and Employment Security Representative, focusing on data analysis and compliance with unemployment claims. Kelley holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems: Performance Improvement and Human Resources Management from Florida State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Merchandising.
