Shannon Fortner is an experienced arts and event professional with a diverse background in programming, organizing, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Admissions Manager for Forks & Corks and as a Talent Buyer/Programmer for PINC Experience, Shannon has played a pivotal role in programming events that highlight local and national artists. As the Founder and Executive Director of the Fabulous Arts Foundation, Shannon dedicates efforts to justice and equality, drawing inspiration from Harvey Milk. Additionally, Shannon contributes to Resilient Retreat, Inc. as a member of the Advisory Council, facilitates Ringling Underground events to engage the community, and operates Moxie Productions SRQ, providing arts management services. Shannon is also involved in the Fabulous Independent Film Festival as a programmer and has experience as an Independent Music Professional with the electro/synth/pop-rock outfit MeteorEYES. Furthermore, activism is a significant aspect of Shannon's work, exemplified by involvement in the Equal Civil Rights Rally since 2009.
