Julia Proctor

Julia Proctor is a skilled Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer currently employed at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since May 2024. Previously, Proctor served as a Graduate Teaching Research Specialist and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, contributing to courses in electrical and computer engineering and spaceflight mechanics. Experience includes advanced engineering positions at Astranis Space Technologies and ABL Space Systems, as well as involvement with Cornell Racing, where proficiency in CAD, CFD simulation, and prototyping was developed.
