Katrina Catledge

Katrina Catledge, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since May 2023. Prior to this, Katrina was a Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University from July 2017 to April 2023, focusing on the stress corrosion cracking behavior of Al-Mg-Si alloy 6111 for automotive light-weighting initiatives. Previous experience includes a Student Research Assistant role at the Air Force Research Laboratory, where metallographic preparation and various characterization methods were performed, and a Learning Assistant position at Wright State University. Additional experience encompasses an internship at Metallurgical Solutions, Inc, and customer service roles at Cinemark, along with tutoring in math and science subjects at Yuba College. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Wright State University, and an AS in Natural Science from Yuba College.
