Kerstin Vignard is a Senior Analyst at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, focusing on multilateral normative frameworks for addressing ethical, legal, and social aspects of emerging military technologies since October 2021. Concurrently, Vignard serves as a Research Scholar in Science Diplomacy and Tech Policy at the JHU Institute for Assured Autonomy and holds the position of Senior Fellow (non-resident) at the UN Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR).
