Rahul Chakravorty

Rahul Chakravorty is an experienced aerospace systems engineer currently employed at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since April 2023. Previously, Rahul held positions as an aerospace systems analyst at Sierra Lobo, Inc. from July 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included trajectory optimization and system-level trade studies. Prior to that, experience as a systems engineer at Blue Canyon Technologies involved supporting design and production of integrated ADC systems and developing trajectory optimization tools. Early roles included project manager and testing lead at the Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory, where project management and testing initiatives were undertaken to enhance turbine engine performance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained in 2019.
