Thomas O'Brien

Thomas (TJ) O'Brien is a Senior Professional Staff member at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since May 2022, leading initiatives to develop advanced ISR and targeting capabilities for the US military utilizing various disciplines including artificial intelligence and operations research.
