Trish Whiteaker

Trish Whiteaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, aesthetic services, and customer support. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Joint Chiropractic, Trish oversees multiple clinics in Arizona. Previous roles include Wellness Coordinator at CVS Health and Contact Center Operations Manager at ALEKO, where Trish enhanced customer service for a $50 million eCommerce retailer. Trish also owned and operated Skin Haven by Trish, providing a wide range of aesthetic treatments. Additional management experience includes General Manager Operations at Elements Massage® and Office Manager at Robert Andrews Laser & Medical Aesthetics. Trish’s background in contact center management spans over a decade with Progressive Insurance and MCI WorldCom. Trish holds a CMA certification from Pima Medical Institute, a license as an esthetician from the International Salon and Spa Academy, and studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Northern Colorado.
