Allison Kikilas (Parker)

Allison Kikilas worked as a Job Placement/Rehabilitation Counselor at The Chicago Lighthouse for People Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired from April 2012 to May 2014. In May 2014, Allison joined the Joint Commission where Allison currently holds the position of Associate Director, Accreditation Certification Operations. In this role, Allison oversees the execution of accreditation-related production activities and monitors performance of account representatives. Allison is proficient in TJC accreditation policies and maintains cooperative agreements with other accrediting bodies to ensure the integrity of the accreditation process.
