Blair Swadley

Blair Swadley is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health field with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Surveyor at the Joint Commission since February 2022, Blair has previously held positions such as UM Manager at Optum and Clinical Director at Sana Lake Recovery. Blair's background includes leadership roles at Signature Psychiatric Hospital as the Director of Clinical Services and Outpatient Services, as well as experience as a Therapist and Lead Therapist. Additional experience includes work as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Swope Health Services and Compass Health Network, a School Social Worker at Raymore-Peculiar School District, and a Case Manager at the Child Abuse Prevention Association.
