Karen Zavala

Karen Zavala is a Senior TA Operations Coord. at Joint Commission since August 2023. Prior to that, Karen was an Onboarding Specialist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from January 2017 to June 2022. Karen also has experience as a Client Service Representative handling corporate client account building, program coordination, new hire scheduling, injury reporting, and referral assistance. Additionally, Karen worked as a Patient Service Representative handling appointment setting, authorization forms review, immunization record release, and travel clinic scheduling. Before that, Karen worked as a Field Manager in the Experiential Department at CSE from February 2016 to November 2016 overseeing event activations, data capture, troubleshooting electronic equipment, and engaging with consumers.
