Jim van Allan

Jim Van Allan serves as the President of The Energy Bus for Schools at The Jon Gordon Companies, Inc. since August 2006, overseeing over 100 certified schools and managing various educational initiatives, including a monthly coaching program and keynote speaking engagements nationwide. Additionally, Jim has been a Lead Speech Instructor at Keiser University E-Campus since May 2016, teaching a range of online communication courses. As Co-Chairperson for Florida HOSA Region 9, Jim plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization and planning leadership conferences. Jim's extensive teaching experience includes positions at multiple educational institutions, complemented by a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Keiser University, a Master's in Communication Studies, and a Bachelor's in Public Relations from the University of Florida. Co-authoring 'The Energy Bus for Schools' further highlights Jim's commitment to positive educational practices.
