Victor Pisano

Victor Pisano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managed care and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Managed Markets at Fresenius Medical Care North America since March 2017, Victor oversees strategic planning and implementation of Managed Care Market Account Programs. Additionally, Victor co-authored two Amazon Best Sellers, “The Impact of Influence” and “The Impact of Influence - Volume 2,” showcasing insights from influential authors. As a Leadership Architect at Charge Up, Victor provides essential lessons for aspiring leaders, while also holding certifications as a Trainer from The Jon Gordon Companies, Inc. and as a Speaker, Coach, and Mentor from the John Maxwell Team. Previous roles include Director of Managed Care at BioCure Rx and various positions at Allergan, where Victor drove significant business growth and improved access to numerous therapeutic products.
