Rachel Louie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director, Executive Director, and Owner of The Jones Family Business, Rachel oversees the import and distribution of premium whiteware appliances through Applico Ltd and Kitchen Things. Rachel also holds a long-term sponsorship role at the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and previously worked as Managing Director at Applico Ltd until 2016, Advertising Manager at Flight Centre, and National Account Manager at Air New Zealand. An alumnus of The University of Waikato, Rachel earned a Bachelor of Management Studies with First Class Honours in International Management and Japanese.
