Jon Walczak

Jon Walczak is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at The Jor-Mac Company since September 2025. Previously, Jon held the position of Senior Director of Operations at MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) from July 2023 to September 2025, leading the Aluminum Extrusions team in Fond Du Lac, WI. Jon's extensive background includes serving as President at Mid-States Aluminum Corp. from February 2020 to July 2023, and Plant Manager at both Applied Process, Inc. and Pioneer Metal Finishing, along with Production and Supply Chain Manager at GKN Sinter Metals from 2005 to 2016, where responsibilities included developing and implementing production strategies. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems Programmer/Analyst from Moraine Park Technical College.
