Kimberly Harris

Kimberly Harris has a diverse background in human resources, with their most recent position being the VP of Human Resources at The Jor-Mac Company since June 2016. In this role, they provided administrative and coordination support for staffing management issues, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and wage and salary structure. Prior to this, Kimberly worked as an HR Generalist at Kerry from October 2015 to June 2016, and at KMC from December 2012 to October 2015, where they performed various HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, benefit administration, and policy communication. Kimberly began their career as an HR Administrator at Mayville Engineering Company from August 2008 to December 2012, where they were responsible for recruiting, screening, and offering positions to qualified candidates.

Kimberly Harris attended UW-Waukesha from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting. Following that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2011 to 2013. Kimberly obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Human Resources.
