Adrienne Hepworth Weisenberger

Adrienne Hepworth Weisenberger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adrienne joined Rush University Medical Center as a Board Member in 2015, where they have since held several executive board positions. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President of Administration and is responsible for conducting annual performance and salary reviews for office personnel, as well as establishing the annual administration budget. Adrienne also co-chaired the North Shore Cooks' House Tour in 2022, the organization's largest fundraiser, raising a record amount of funding for Rush Hospital's Cellular Therapy research.

In 2016, Adrienne joined Josselyn, a mental health organization, as a Vice President. Adrienne played a vital role in raising funds for the organization and served on the Board of Directors as Vice-Chair and a member of the Finance Committee.

Prior to their non-profit work, Adrienne worked at Encima Global LLC as the Director of Marketing. Adrienne was recruited by David Malpass, former Bear Stearns Chief Economist, to lead client relationships, research strategy, development, and marketing. During their tenure, they worked closely with David to build the firm's book of business and expand their analysis of global economic and political trends.

Before joining Encima Global, Adrienne spent several years at Bear Stearns / JP Morgan, where they held various senior positions within the firm's Capital Markets Division. Adrienne fostered strong relationships with institutional clients, introduced public and private companies to institutional investors, and grew their book of business through cross-promotional initiatives.

Adrienne began their career at Merrill Lynch as a Sales Associate and later worked at Prudential Bache Securities/UBS in the same role.

Overall, Adrienne has a wealth of experience in board leadership, fundraising, marketing, and financial services, making their a valuable asset in various industries.

Adrienne Hepworth Weisenberger obtained a BA in Economics from Scripps College, Claremont, CA in 1986. Adrienne also completed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certification Education Program in Financial Planning and Services at Northwestern University in 2022.
