Georgia Heisinger

Georgia Heisinger is currently the Director of HR & Operations at The Josselyn Center. Prior to that, they were a HR Consultant at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from February 2016 to August 2016. There, they assessed HR systems and practices working across all employment areas for 2000-employee non-profit organization serving 200,000 members in metropolitan Chicago. Georgia also recommended talent acquisition and compensation initiatives to improve job requisition process, open position tracking and accuracy of job description language. Furthermore, they implemented procedures to improve onboarding of 1500 summer camp staff across 23 membership centers. In addition, they partnered with Training Manager to schedule and conduct onboarding training for all YMCA centers.

From 2012 to 2013, Georgia Heisinger was the Director of Business Development at W by Worth. And from 2018 to 2020, they were the Human Resources & Clinic Operations Director at Fenix Family Medical Clinic.
