Greg Paulus has extensive experience in finance and restructuring. Greg has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Josselyn. At Kreshmore Group, they worked as the Managing Director, specializing in restructuring and capitalization of companies. Greg also served as the CRO at OER Services LLC, where they focused on restructuring through Chapter 11. Additionally, Greg has served as the COO/CFO/CRO at JWF Group/Continuous Cast Alloys/High Quality Alloys/Engineered Alloys, helping the companies emerge from a Covid slump. Greg has also worked as an Interim CFO at an IT Services Company and as the CEO at Stage Five Strategies, LLC, where they provided advisory and execution services for distressed and early-stage companies. Greg has provided advisory services to startups such as Verbal Transactions and BaziFIT, Inc. Lastly, they have offered strategic, operational, and financial advisory services to Oval Brand Fire Products and worked as an Advisory and Fractional CFO at Black Line Consulting.

Greg Paulus completed their MBA in Finance and Accounting at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Greg also holds a BA degree in Economics, graduating summa cum laude, from Emory University.
