Justin Cohn

Justin Cohn is a seasoned sports journalist with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior Sports Writer for The Journal Gazette since September 1997, where award-winning coverage of the ECHL’s Fort Wayne Komets is a key focus. Cohn also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana Institute of Technology, teaching various aspects of sports communications. Previously, Cohn has experience as a referee for USA Hockey, a reporter for Reuters covering Olympic events, and a fellow at The Poynter Institute. In the mid-1990s, Cohn held an internship in the Office of Public Liaison at the United States Government. Cohn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Emory University, completed in 1997.
