Jessica Hollins, MBA

Jessica Hollins, MBA has a wealth of work experience. Jessica began their career in 2016 as a Nursing Assistant at Forrest General Hospital. Here, they documented information in patient charts, communicated status updates to the interdisciplinary care team, and provided excellent customer service by effectively communicating with patients, families, staff, and staff in other hospital departments. In 2018, they moved to the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where they worked as a Physician Scheduler II/Administrative Assistant. In this role, they maintained daily calendars, set appointments with clients, and planned daily office events. Jessica also consulted with department supervisors and HR teams to evaluate needs and discuss corrective actions for individual concerns, and promoted 100% government regulation adherence by maintaining confidential documentation and complying with HIPAA laws. In 2020, Jessica moved to Alight Solutions as an HR Customer Care Rep. Here, they maintained a 98% satisfaction rating with customers by providing exceptional service and support, and documented customer inquiries and feedback, including service delivery suggestions in the company database. Most recently, in 2021, Jessica joined Artech L.L.C. as a Talent Management Specialist. In this role, they managed over 350 contractors for Wells Fargo, Duke Energy, and Truist Bank, and directed all activities and components for new employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and technology access for both Artech and the client they were supporting. Jessica is currently employed at The JPI Group as a Technical Recruiter, where their specialty areas include IT, Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare and professional positions.

Jessica Hollins earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Southern Mississippi between 2012 and 2016. Jessica then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport in 2020.
