Amy Evans is a seasoned academic leader with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Assessment at The Juilliard School since August 2019, previously holding roles such as Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Academic Affairs Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at Fordham University, where Evans was Associate Director of the Institute of American Language and Culture, overseeing operations and developing language immersion programs. Additional roles include teaching at various institutions, including Pace University and New York University, and contributing to workshops and creative projects focused on performance writing and social issues. Amy Evans holds an MA in Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Creative Writing and French Literature from Oberlin College.
