Nina Dharmasaroja

Nina Dharmasaroja is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at The Juilliard School since April 2021. Prior to this role, Nina worked at Jackson Lewis P.C. as a Human Resources Manager from November 2020 to March 2021. Nina's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Columbia University, where roles included Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager, spanning from May 2008 to November 2020. Earlier in the career, Nina held positions as Operations Leader and Project Manager at AON Consulting from March 2003 to April 2008. Nina holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stony Brook University.
