Andrea Bredow

Andrea Bredow serves as an Associate Director in Digital Enablement/Operations at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities include driving the vision and implementation of Talent Marketing digital tools, utilizing consumer marketing techniques for employee engagement. Previously held the position of Associate Director in Corporate Communications, leading complex digital programs and developing strategic solutions. As President of the Junior League of Minneapolis from 2016 to 2018, Andrea governed the board, motivated volunteers, and oversaw the development of a new strategic plan. Past roles include Community Manager at Health Fitness Corporation and Account Manager at Axiom Marketing, along with positions in media relations and broadcasting. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Meteorology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
