Kathy Smith

Kathy Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the People Success Manager at The Junkluggers since February 2020, Kathy previously held the role of Assistant Manager at the Appointment Center. Prior to that, from May 2019 to October 2020, Kathy worked at Treehouse Internet Group as a Leads Processing Support Representative. From October 1995 to December 2017, Kathy was employed at Really Good Stuff, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant and also as a Distribution Center Administrator, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits and assisting with warehouse operations. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from both Post University and Housatonic Community College.
