Joe Small

Joe Small has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Development/Engagement at The Just One Project since September 2024. Previous roles include Workforce Development at Hope for Prisoners and Recovery Friendly Workplace Ambassador at Foundation for Recovery. Joe Small's earlier positions include Programs Director and Program Manager at The Just One Project and Raiders Ambassador for the Las Vegas Raiders. Additionally, Joe Small worked with Hope for Prisoners as a Workforce Development Job Developer and served as a Sports/Events Recreation Leader for the City of North Las Vegas. Joe Small's background also includes significant roles in church leadership, notably as Executive Director of Community Relations at Grace Community Church and Director of Communications at The Church On The Way Santa Clarita. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Ministry & Leadership from Life Pacific University and current pursuit of a Master's degree in Urban Leadership from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
