Nicole Nelson

Nicole Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nicole began their career as a Special Education Assistant at the Los Angeles Unified School District, where they worked from August 2007 to June 2014. In 2014, Nicole became the Owner and Licensed Massage Therapist at La Pluma. Nicole'sentrepreneurial pursuits continued when they joined The Justice Collective, LLC in 2016 as a Social Media Intern, learning directly from the organization's founders. Nicole then took on various roles within the company, including Communications Consultant and eventually Manager of Marketing and Communications starting in January 2020. Additionally, Nicole worked as an Office Manager and Massage Therapist at the HEALING OAK SCHOOL OF MASSAGE from July 2015 to April 2017. Overall, Nicole has demonstrated adaptability, entrepreneurship, and a passion for communication and marketing throughout their career.

Nicole Nelson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Massage Therapy Certification (MT) from the California Massage Therapy Council in March 2015.
