Eugene Spiro

Eugene Spiro is an experienced professional with a robust background in international development, education, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Acceleration Director at The Kaizen Company, Eugene leads initiatives at USAID’s Partnerships Incubator to enhance partner engagement and localization strategies. As an Adjunct Professor at Bay Atlantic University, Eugene teaches various courses related to international relations and development. Previous roles include International Consultant positions with UNDP, focusing on gender-based violence and public policy for MSMEs, Technical Advisor at Chemonics International for Syrian Civil Defense capacity building, and various consultancy roles with organizations like USAID, Pact, UNDP, and The World Bank. Eugene holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University.
