Mercy Njoki is a Chief Human Resources Officer with experience in various companies such as The Karen Hospital, CCI Kenya, Cellulant, and Deloitte. Prior to this, Mercy worked at Equity Bank Limited and World Vision Kenya. Mercy has a background in Human Resources with responsibilities in Recruitment and Selection, Employee Welfare, Performance Management, Training and Development. Mercy holds education from the Institute of Human Resources Management in Kenya and the University of Nairobi.
