Ken Hultman

Ken Hultman has extensive work experience in various roles related to human factors engineering, organization development consulting, and leadership training. Ken is currently working as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at The Kenific Group, where they oversee compliance with crew/machine interface requirements in the redesign of the U.S. Coast Guard's fleet of Waterways Commerce Cutters. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2022, they operated their own consulting company, Ken Hultman Consulting, offering coaching, consulting, and training services to promote personal, interpersonal, team, and organizational growth.
