Tommey Meyers

Tommey Meyers has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several years. Tommey is currently working as the Chief Delivery Officer at The Kenific Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) since October 2019. In this position, they led TSTC's program support across various government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration.

Before joining TSTC, Meyers held multiple roles at BayFirst Solutions LLC. From January 2015 to October 2019, they were the Senior Vice President & Partner, leading a team of 300+ personnel and overseeing $100M/year in Task Orders. During this time, they provided program support to the Department of Homeland Security, including agencies like the Transportation Security Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Additionally, Meyers served as the Vice President of Risk and Security Solutions at BayFirst Solutions LLC from June 2008 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing risk and security activities, with a focus on transportation risk and emergency management. Tommey primarily supported agencies such as TSA, USCG, and FEMA.

Prior to their roles at BayFirst Solutions LLC, Meyers held the position of Senior Associate from June 2006 to June 2008.

Before entering the private sector, Meyers had an extensive career in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as Commander from June 1982 to June 2006.

Tommey Meyers has an extensive education history. Tommey obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The George Washington University between 2016 and 2019. Before that, they attended the Naval Postgraduate School from 2004 to 2005, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Security Studies with a focus on Homeland Defense and Security. In 1995, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Health at the University of Washington. Tommey'sfield of study during this time included Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Safety Engineering. Tommey Meyers has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from the US Coast Guard Academy, which they obtained between 1982 and 1986. In addition to their academic achievements, Meyers holds a certification as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) from the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (BGC®), which they obtained in July 2001.
