James Harper

James Harper is an experienced professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at The Kenjya-Trusant Group LLC since November 2022. Prior roles include Program Analyst at ICF from November 2019 to December 2022, and Project Manager positions at Insight Global, Perspecta, and DXC Technology between 2017 and 2019. James Harper began a career in the United States Air Force, working as a Communications Planner from November 2006 to February 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from American Military University and two Associate’s Degrees, one in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and another in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology from Saint Leo University.
