Santhosh Kumar has extensive experience in electrical management and engineering, currently serving as Manager (Electrical) at The Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited since October 2017, where responsibilities include condition monitoring, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation. Since October 2005, Santhosh has held multiple positions at Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd, including Electrical Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and Plant Engineer-Electrical, contributing to the project for India's first titanium sponge production for the Space and Defence Sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Operations Management and Human Resource Management from TKM College of Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from LBS College of Engineering.
