Sudarsan C has over nine years of experience in the mining and minerals sector, currently serving as a Deputy Manager and Radiological Safety Officer at The Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd since July 2014. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and supervising mineral extraction processes, as well as monitoring material flow through the mill. Sudarsan also gained experience as a Graduate Project Trainee at Indian Rare Earths Limited in early 2012, focusing on the design and analysis of a pipe conveyor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University (2008-2012) and a Science +2 degree from Lakshmi Narayana Vidyanikethan (2006-2008).
