Scott Loeffler

Scott Loeffler possesses extensive experience in engineering and facilities management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Area Director of Engineering for Mansion on Forsyth Park and Bohemian River Front Hotels since April 2013, Scott oversees all engineering operations, personnel training, payroll, and project planning. In addition, Scott has held the position of Chief Engineer for Kessler Collection since August 2010, managing the engineering department and addressing all building needs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment. Previously, Scott worked as the Manager of Engineering at The Biltmore Estate from February 2001 to June 2007, and earlier as Service Manager at Anderson Nissan Asheville from April 1995 to July 2000, where responsibilities included customer relations and managing shop operations.
