Katie Palmer Heathman

Katie Palmer Heathman is an accomplished content professional with extensive experience in content design, editing, and research. Currently serving as Content Lead at The Key Support Services since January 2022, previous roles include Senior Content Designer and Content Editor. Prior to this, Katie worked as Publications and Content Editor at Thrive Approach and as Postdoctoral Research Associate at Durham University. Educationally, Katie holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Victorian Studies from the University of Leicester, supplemented by a Master of Arts (M.A.) in the same field and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from Cardiff University. Research during the PhD focused on cultural movements and social change in Edwardian England, particularly folk revivalism and its intersections with social work, rural regeneration, and Christian socialism.
