Matthew Spriegel

Matthew Spriegel is a seasoned cricket professional and performance manager with extensive experience in player development and coaching at Surrey County Cricket Club since November 2014. In addition to ongoing roles as an Academy Spin Coach and Non Executive Director at The Home Cloud, Matthew previously served as Cricket Director at The Wimbledon Club and contributed to The Dons Trust as a co-opted board member. A former professional cricketer at both Northants Cricket and Surrey County Cricket Club, Matthew achieved notable success in one-day formats and was also a sports columnist for The Metro. Matthew holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and has engaged in work experience with Deloitte and Fieri, gaining insights into the corporate world and social media strategies.
