Jayson Bucy

Jayson Bucy currently serves as the Associate Director of Ticketing Operations at Ensemble Arts Philly since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jayson had an extensive career at Ticket Philadelphia from February 2012 to May 2023, progressing through various positions including Senior Manager of Ticketing Operations and Patron Services Manager, where Jayson led and mentored a large team of Patron Services staff to enhance customer service. Jayson began a career at TLA Entertainment Group from May 2003 to October 2011, initially as a Buyer and evolving into roles that involved purchasing and customer service management. Jayson holds a high school diploma in General Studies from Spring-Ford Area High School and attended Arcadia University from 1999 to 2003.
