Lindsay Berckman

Lindsay Berckman is an experienced professional in audience and guest services, currently serving as the Director of Audience Experience at Kimmel Cultural Campus since November 2017. In this role, Lindsay has successfully developed and managed a dynamic team of 250 Front of House staff, enhancing the audience experience through the implementation of the “Ensemble Art's Experience” customer service philosophy. Prior to this, Lindsay held the positions of Associate Director of Guest Services and Front of House Manager at the same venue, where exceptional guest interactions and effective event execution were prioritized. Earlier experience includes serving as Studio Manager at Pinot's Palette and working in various roles at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, focusing on public programs and visitor services. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing with a Minor in Art History from Temple University.
