Napoleon Gladney

Napoleon W Gladney is an experienced arts manager with a strong background in theatrical programming, audience development, and leadership within various arts organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Theatrical Programming & Presentations and Senior Programming Manager at The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts since November 2021, Gladney also holds the position of Executive Director at L.A. Contemporary Dance Company. Previous roles include Program Coordinator, Mentor, and Faculty at Hussian College, Audience Development Manager at Musco Center for the Arts, and Marketing Manager at Grand Performances.
