Rachna Pawar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rachna began their career as a Graduate Intern at The Advisory Board Company in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Associate until 2002. In 2004, they took on the role of Graduate Intern at The Urban Institute for a short period. Later that year, they joined The Kinetix Group and worked their way up through various positions, including Project Manager and Senior Project Director, before becoming Vice President in 2012. Rachna then became Senior Vice President in 2017 and Executive Vice President in 2021. In 2020, they also became a Member at Chief.
Rachna Pawar completed their Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland between 1996 and 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Health Management & Policy from Columbia University, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.
