Mark T. Koo

Mark T. Koo is an experienced attorney and operations professional with a diverse background in law and software architecture. Currently serving as an attorney at Credere Law since May 2015, Mark specializes in contract agreement reviews, software agreements, estate planning, legal due diligence for companies, and cap table management. Additionally, Mark has held a position in operations at The King Group since January 2017. Previous legal experience includes working as an attorney at Hulsey Hunt, P.C. and extensive roles in software architecture at CoreLogic and Calpers. Mark began their career as a team lead at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and as a software engineer/manager at Everypath. Mark holds a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Materials Science from the University of California, Davis.
