George Richards

George Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cultural heritage and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Community Jameel and Head of Strategy Development, George has been active in various advisory roles including Member of the Advisory Board at Goals House and Founding Member of the Advisory Council at Future Resilience Forum. George holds a trustee position at The King's Foundation and acts as a Specialist Assessor for the British Council's Cultural Protection Fund. Significant past roles include producing the National Pavilion of Iraq at the 17th Biennale Architettura and leading heritage programmes at Art Jameel. George's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Arabic and Persian from The University of Edinburgh and attendance at Westminster School in London.
