Today, more than ever, leaders and corporations are faced with complex challenges, some fulfilling and some more absorbing.

This is where many leaders decide to place their trust in Executive Coaching.
Executive Coaching has become an essential tool and a contributing growth component in addressing company cultures, leadership ethos and a healthier redefinition of performance.

the kliff project is an ICF* certified executive coaching platform aimed at 'unlocking leaders' existing potential to maximize their performance' and tap into their most authentic selves in a safe and supportive environment.

the kliff project's mission is to empower our clients' in recognizing their own strengths and abilities to design their successes and future possibilities.

the kliff project was founded by Ghita Mejdi, a senior executive who led Marketing and Communications departments for multinationals. Her responsibilities included many directorships where she held a wide range of positions across Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Communications. She also specializes and concentrates in public speaking trainings where she helps individuals express themselves in front of any audience to efficiently convey their messages.

She soon realizes that she developed a special interest in helping colleagues and teams improve their efficiency and realize their full potential that led to internal cultural shifts.

Her work as an Executive Coach is a natural consequence of what inspired her, the deep connection she was able to create with her colleagues in her corporate years. The kliff project then came to life after she realizes how important her mission was.
